When is the 2025 New Home Palooza?

August 9, 10, 16& 17 2025.  Homes are open 11 am to 3 PM

How much does a ticket cost?

This event is free of charge. 

How many times can I walk through a home?

Your may visit homes as many times as you like during the open house weekend event during opening hours.

Where can I find the addresses of the homes listed?

You will be able to find the addresses on each listing, and you can locate them on the Google map.

Is there an age limit to visit the New Home Palooza?

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Bring the whole family and enjoy the New Home Palooza

Can I bring my service dog to the homes?

Yes, service dogs are allowed inside or outside the Palooza home.

We cannot allow pets in the open homes unless the builder permits it. Please don’t leave your pets in the car!

I’m traveling to San Diego for the for the Palooza, which airport should I fly into?

San Diego International Airport near downtown San Diego. (SAN) Please email  NHPINFO@NewHomePalooza.com if you would like more information about travelling to San Diego for our Palooza.

Are the Palooza homes for sale?

The Palooza homes are for sale and for rent as indicated in the listings.

What is the San Diego Building Industry Association of San Diego?

The Building Industry Association (BIA) of San Diego exists to represent the many companies that plan, design and build the many places where San Diegans live, work and play.

The Association is made up of both builder and associate members within the building industry. The BIA SD is an Association of members who give back to the community through community service, scholarships, and other charitable donations.
