About New Home Palooza

The New Home Palooza, organized by the Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) of the Building Industry Association (BIA) of San Diego, is an annual event designed to shine a light on new construction homes (attached and detached) that are available for sale, along with new apartments available for rent (apartments must be less than 4 years old). This dynamic event addresses San Diego’s housing deficit by showcasing newly constructed homes from San Diego’s top builders. Prospective buyers and renters can explore diverse options, ensuring everyone finds their dream home.
