Frequently Asked Questions

August 3rd – 4th , 2024.  Homes are open Saturday , August 3rd and Sunday, 4th from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PMP.

This event is free of charge. 

Your may visit homes as many times as you like during the open house weekend event during opening hours.

Home addresses will be released on July 22nd.  You will be able to find the addresses by visiting our map, or browsing through the homes listed on the site. We will be working on a map-app for future Paloozas.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes, service dogs are allowed inside or outside the Palooza home.

We cannot allow pets in the open homes unless the builder permits it. Please don’t leave your pets in the car!

The Palooza homes are for sale and for rent as indicated in the listings.

The Building Industry Association (BIA) of San Diego exists to represent the many companies that plan, design and build the many places where San Diegans live, work and play.

The Association is made up of both builder and associate members within the building industry. The BIA SD is an Association of members who give back to the community through community service, scholarships, and other charitable donations.
